The DYRAMA 4R/2000 and 4R/6000 are automatic and robotized dyeing machines for small batches, suitable to dye yarn bobbins of different standard sizes from 1kg up to 6kg. These machines have a parking station for the material holders.
A robot loads/unloads the spindles with yarn bobbins from the parking station to the different dyeing units and vice-versa. Each DYRAMA is composed of 4 individual dye-kiers and each one of these can dye from 1 to 4 yarn bobbins (according to the load capacity). Each dye-kier is independent with a reversible pump (IN/OUT and OUT/IN) and it is managed by a dedicated dyeing cycle.
