Automatic bulk system for the gravimetric dispensing of dyestuffs in powder form with accuracy of ± 0.1 g and silos of 50 kg capacity
DOSORAMA LP machine is conceived to dispense automatically solid dyestuffs (powders, granules, pearls, etc.) with an accuracy of ± 0.1 g. This special system is particularly suitable for medium dispensing. The original dispensing system conceived by TECNORAMA allows rapid and accurate dispensing. The silos are refilled pneumatically in order to prevent any contact with the dyestuffs. An electronic scale controls the exact weight and sends information to the PC. During the refilling phase a barcode reader prevents errors due to incorrect dyestuff refilling in the wrong silo. DOSORAMA LP can work in combination with a special dissolving system that automatically dissolves and transfers the solutions directly to the single dyeing machines. The dissolving system DLP has been properly developed to automatically reproduce the powder dyestuffs dissolving operations (usually manually made on traditional systems), adopted to prevent lumps and to limit water quantity.
The DLP dissolving units, available in various capacities, are adapted to the project according to the different dispensing machines used and to the different dyeing machines to serve.
