Automatic dyeing systems for small lots of yarn in packages, ribbons and zippers. The DYRAMA 4/R-1000, 2500 and 6000 modules are automatic robotic dyeing systems suitable for dyeing small batches of yarn in packages, ribbons and zippers of any form and material. These dyeing machines allow variable material loads from 1kg up to a maximum of 6kg depending on the model of DYRAMA used.
These dyeing modules have a parking lot that contains an appropriate number of material holder to allow the system to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The robot performs the loading and unloading of material holder from the parking lot to the dyeing units and vice versa, allowing the system to work continuously in full autonomy. Each DYRAMA module consists of 4 individual dyeing autoclaves with specific charge capacity depending on the model used.
Each autoclave is independent from each other, heating and cooling are autonomous, and liquor circulation is performed by reversible pumps that can be programmed in both speed and direction. The system is managed by customized and dedicated proprietary software.
