The DISTRIBUTOR<\/strong> receives the liquid chemicals and dissolved dyestuffs from the different dispensing machines and forwards them to the dyeing units. The advantage of using this color kitchen is to avoid the use of valves, traditionally present in the mono-pipe distribution systems.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n

The main features are:
\n\u2022 Maximun 4 connection points (heads) and up to 120 individual distribution points for each dyeing unit
\u2022 Each distribution point is linked to the single dyeing unit by dedicated pipe-line
\u2022 The transfer of the various products is made through the distribution line by means of water and compressed air
\u2022 The management of the whole working cycle is controlled by electropneumatic panel and centralized PC<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n
