Dos&Dye JETFLOW

The DOS&DYE® JETFLOW is an original system to manage, in a completely automatic way, the dyeing of fabrics and knitwear for small lots (2-30 kg. standard sizes, bigger sizes are also available on demand). The system is a combination and integration of automatic dispensing machines with one or more special robotized dyeing machines model DYRAMA 4/R-JETFLOW. The DOSORAMA LS can dispense solid dyestuffs with an accuracy of ± 0.002 g. An automatic dissolving station is able to make solutions and, on demand, automatically transfer these solutions into the relative dyeing units of the DYRAMA 4/R-JETFLOW. The DOSORAMA MV can dispense liquid chemicals with an accuracy of ± 0.5%. An automatic delivery system transfers the chemicals directly to the dyeing units. The DYRAMA 4/R-JETFLOW is a special system consisting of 4 individual JETFLOW dyeing units. To increase the dyeing capacity more DYRAMA 4/R-JETFLOW can be added. The system is conceived to allow the automatic loading and unloading of the fabric by a particular and original solution from the dyeing units to the parking station and vice-versa. In this way the system can work autonomously for many hours (24 hours a day and 7 days a week) without any external manual intervention. The DOS&DYE® JETFLOW is a very new and innovative solution in this particular field of the sampling and small lots production.
