Dosorama LP

The DOSORAMA LP machine is conceived to dispense automatically solid products (powders, granules, pearls, etc.) with an accuracy of ± 0,02 g. The special dispensing system patented by TECNORAMA allows a rapid and accurate dispensing. The silos are refilled pneumatically in order to prevent any contact with the dye. An electronic scale controls the exact weight and send information to the PC. During the refilling phase a barcode reader prevents errors deriving from a wrong dyestuff refilling in a wrong silo. DOSORAMA LP can work in combination with a special dissolving system that automatically dissolves and transfers the solutions directly to the dyeing machines. Tubing and buckets are automatically cleaned by the dissolving system.
