Dosorama V

DOSORAMA V is the easiest model of the whole range of automatic dispensing machines manufactured by TECNORAMA. The particular volumetric dispensing system is controlled by electronic device able to dispense with an accuracy of ± 0.005/0.01 g. This machine does not have any dispensing valve or tubing but uses only a single and simple pipette. The pipette is moved by an accurate robotic system along axes X, Y and Z over the various bottles placed on the table. The exact positioning of the pipette over each bottle is controlled by encoders. The bottles are sealed with special cups to prevent any evaporation during long stay on the table. There is also an automatic stirring system of each bottle to prevent sedimentation of the solutions. A valid system for automatic cleaning of the pipette prevents any contamination among the dyes or chemicals each other during the dispensing of the different solutions. The system is completed by the availability of a semi-automatic solution maker that can be used in combination with the DOSORAMA V machine.
