Automatic bulk system for the gravimetric dispensing of powder dyestuffs with accuracy of ±0.1g and silos of 50kg capacity

The DOSORAMA LP is conceived to dispense automatically solid dyestuffs (powders, granules, pearls, etc.) with an accuracy of ±0.1g and is suitable for rapid and accurate medium dispensing. The silos are refilled pneumatically in order to prevent any contact of the operator with the dyestuffs. During the refilling phase a barcode reader prevents any error due to incorrect dyestuff refilling in the different silos.
It is available in the DOSORAMA MP version with an accuracy of ± 1g and silos with a capacity of 125kg. The DOSORAMA LP and MP work in combination with DLP dissolving units that automatically transfer the dissolved products directly to the single dyeing machines. The DLP dissolving units are available in capacities of 30 and 110 liters.
