Bulk system for the gravimetric dispensing and dissolving of solid chemicals

The DOSORAMA C is suitable for dispensing solid chemicals such as Sodium Sulphate, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Carbonate, etc. This machine usually works for dispensing large quantities of these products that are then stored in large-sized silos. These silos are directly refilled from the truck tank used for the transportation to the customer plant or using a pneumatic system transferring the contents from the suppliers’ bags into the storage silo.
A special dissolving unit can prepare a paste (1:1) and directly transfer it to the dyeing machines. It is also possible to prepare concentrated solutions of these products (200-250g/l), which are stored in large tanks and from there dispensed and transferred to the dyeing machines in the amounts requested using a mono-pipe system and three-way valves.
